I am having a bad day.

Woke up w/ a headache (that happens a couple of times a week)
No hot water
Late for work
Call from doctor--abnormal pap smear (this is the second one in a row)
My godmother is fading quickly from terminal cancer


I truly want to climb into bed and stay there for the rest of the year. Too many of my days feel like this.

The doc gave me meds for the headaches. I just saw her 10 days ago. But she's scheduled yet another pap. And she says my blood pressure sucks too. (I reminded her that she took my blood pressure while I was having a migraine... pain can raise your blood pressure.)

You know, I still have your Christmas present in a box in my living room..... I'm feeling pretty badly about that too.
