Group dynamics... (a rant)
I guess humans have been banding together for quite some time. One would think that for any group to be functional its goal should be clear. That may be presumptious of me since it rarely seems to pan out that way.

Goals aren't set magically and are even more challenging to reach when they are not specific and clear. I would think that the underlying goal of any group be the same whether it be business-like or social-like.

The difficulty is those two "types" of groups don't seem to jive in harmony. A business's main, top, center, BIG goal would seem to be profit where a social-type group would be to succeed in a service, function, advantage to a different group.

I'm part of a "social group" that has many who speak to causes and outcomes. Yes, the individuals in this group vocally state their main goal is similar. Similar isn't cutting it for me. I want same. Yes, we need income... but ultimatly we are providing a service to our community and speaking for those with no voice.

The shout seems common sensical to me but keeps getting twisted to absurdity by the time "the group" spits out the desire. I feel I may be taking a social idea to a beast with a business head.

Is this freaking common among humans? hehe

Are there always types that wish to be strangly mechanical/methodical in situations where each case changes?

Why do I feel the need to read of the Invisible Hand and works by Nietzsche?

Screw it.. I'm going for a ride. I'll be back :D
