I got new glasses today

2. I outgrew my glasses

gained 60lbs and now my fat head are too big for them and I can't really afford to get another pair until later. But congrats on your new glasses! It's nice to be able to see again!

This way we can tell you how handsome you look with your new glasses. As for the bifocal part, who cares? I know people who needed bifocals when they were only 42 or so.

4. I had to get bifocals at 40. Now I need trifocals, but I use 2 different pairs of glasses.

5. Mine are supposed to be no-line bifocals; I can't really tell

but then, my astigmatism is severe enough that hardly anything will correct my vision. I was about 45 and several years overdue for new glasses when I got them. I had a friend in college who had trifocals way back then. It hits you when it hits you. 45 is probably typical.
