17. Yikes! I pushed nine times for my first. Not hours, times.
For my second, I pushed three times. The attending doctor, after I pushed the first time, said, "Oh, I can see you've done this before." Hee!

20. I thought my head was going to pop right off of my head.
The pushing was harder than the aftermath of the c-section. The c-section was a cakewalk.

in a _tiny_ little pregnant belly? ;)

By the way, I think you looked gorgeous pregnant.

18. When i hit 8 months, I ate 5 meals a day. I thought the world would run out of food.
I only gained 30 pounds. 10 of that the last month.

Seriously, I ate a full breakfast, lunch, and supper. And snacks in between. I thought I would starve to death. And he was up so high the heartburn just about killed me. The week before I delivered, doctor said there's a little more room there. I cried. I thought that kid was going to come out my throat.

19. How much did your babe weigh?
I didn't really eat a lot. I don't know where my weight came from. I know I have never seen a more swollen person. My feet looked like Fred Flinstone feet.

22. He was 7lbs 2 oz. Decent size, but not really big.
I just knew he'd be enormous, like 18 pounds, cause I felt so huge. And I was eating enourmous amounts of food.

BTW, I won the office pool. I just took what was left. Most guessed a girl, and bigger weight.

:)

27. Me too!
I measured my tummy. I got to 52 inches around with ONE baby.

The knees were hurting a lot from the weight. I gained 35 lbs and it all came back off.

Baby was HUGE to me -- 8 pound girl.

The last four months I stayed home and tried to eat, sleep and breathe. :D

when she was carrying a 9 3/4 lb. baby. :wow: Like a Volkswagen.

(Actually she was 4'10" all the time, but not always carrying a baby.)
