They're over on the way out fringes of the right, and don't identify with th mainstream of the GOP. Fahey, the thread originator, was an Evan Meacham toady, now he is hovering around the Constitution Party. AFAIK, the high fivers on that thread are also big admirers of the Constitution Party and Roy Moore.
