I've got the gray screen, continuous beep triplets kinda blues.

So, I'm using the old faithful PC. Anyone have good experience with local Apple tech support?

1. I've only used them a couple of times, but
the Genius Bar at my local Apple store has been very good, very helpful.

2. What model of iMac?

edit: I just realized you are local to me. If it is still under warranty I think the best place is Firsttech on Hennepin and 26th-27th in Minneapolis. They are an Apple Certified repair center, so if the warranty is good, you wont be charged anything.

Also, if it is less than a year old and still under the original warranty of 1 year, you can buy applecare for 16 more days.
