Anyone use Kaspersky?

I installed it the other day and I was running a full scan today and it found some infected files. I clicked on Neutralize All but it doesnt do anything. The warning doesnt go away until I open the folder its located in and delete the file that it said was infected. Is that how it supposed to work? I thought Kaspersky would delete it or fix the file itself?
