Since people ride the trains, a "ticket to ride" is a train ticket. She's leaving him, and starting life elsewhere.

I think it means that she doesn't give a fuck about how much money he has. She's got a ticket to ride (the dude with money) but she don't care (money doesn't mean shit if she isn't respected). He's losing a chick he didn't realize he loved until she rolled on his ass.
