a bigshot from the Kerry campaign started posting but was drummed off the board because he refused to listen to DU experts on how to run a campaign? He was called far worse than a novice.

(Given that we never had a President Kerry, some may see irony in that.)

The previous chairmen tended to quietly put them on the shelf. I make a fuss over them and push for structural changes, which is not going over well with the good old boys. The highway department union is likening my proposed fraud & abuse reporting system to "Nazi tactics".

I get the feeling no one bother question, and for what reason? It's going to eventually be clearer to me to those who never questioned monthly invoices and bills. I've recently called question into how post employment benefit funds have been allowed to be (what I feel is) abused by local investors.

If DU has more local persons in first positions of govt. (which I've been encouraged to do by being here and listening to Thom Hartmann) then I hope we can grow our conversation here.
