1. Can I have some guidelines to help determine what I am?

5. If you have to ask...
;-)

Seriously, I was hoping you'd make that determination yourself. Traditionally, high brow referred to someone who aspired to appreciate the very finest of arts. Low brow meant strictly interested in the most popular forms of art. Middlebrow took cues from arbiters of taste in the media as to what to read, listen to, see, etc.

6. I Brow

I certainly don't take my cues from the media. But while I enjoy the fine arts, I also enjoy more popular forms of art. Sometimes the high-brow stuff isn't all it's cracked up to be. Sometimes the low-brow folk are as snooty as the high-brow folk they spurn.

I'd rather decide for myself.

8. Bipolar. Either high or low. For Neo, there is no spoon. For me, there is no middle.
Except my belly, but nobody's perfect...

I'm not quite smart enough for Tolstoy or Pynchon, but I'm way too smart for American Idol.

11. All three.
I don't discriminate when it comes to taste.

I listen to Mozart, I listen to Howard Stern.

I read Shakespeare, I read MAD magazine.

I watch 2001: A Space Odyssey, I watch Porky's.

I'm a snob, I'm a slob. :7

17. It would depend upon whether you then roared with laughter about it for the rest of the show
and phoned friends to boast about it (also during the show).
