the judge had his opinion and he or the other one in the county would be who I would probably be in court with.

He says there has to be an agreement to it. I might have to fight dirty to get an agreement at this point because while you can catch more flies with honey than vinegar, sometimes honey just makes you all sticky.

In other words she isn't agreeing to it for her own I think petty reasons that she has.

11. Changing it is very difficult here

the judge said "the courts have traditionally not given joint custody when both parties don't agree", well 2 weeks ago and the months before we agreed... I have a witness to that, a counselor we were seeing at the time we were crafting the ideas. She didn't want to at first then she did.

The joint custody thing sucks but as long as you can see your son as scheduled it should be okay (and you can try to change it later, regardless of what the judge says)
