2. Milk was excellent.
The Dark Knight, OTOH, was a pointless, stupid, nihilistic, profoundly depressing waste of time.

Hancock was quite interesting.

Wall-E was not as good as Hancock.

7. If you thing Hancock was better than Wall-E, your opinion is invalid
Sorry, that's just the way it is.

I'm not a Wall-E fan, but Hancock was utter garbage.

3. Of those, I've only seen one.
The Dark Knight.

I really need to catch up on my movies. I just don't have much time, and going to the movies is so darn expensive.

9. Just saw The Reader last night and was almost unable to leave the theater.
I can't remember the last time I saw a film that upset me so much. I just sat there throughout all the credits trying to collect myself. It was difficult. I was so conflicted--kept thinking about Gaza throughout the whole movie.

Sean Penn was absolutely amazing in MILK.

11. Milk.
There are a few of those I haven't seen, but out of all those I watched Milk by far was the best, IMO. Wrestler deserves mentioning, too.

17. Slumdog Millionaire
the only reason it's not winning in this poll is because not enough people have seen it.

:hi:

22. I agree...
and to think that it almost didn't make it into theatres....

I don't know how anyone who has seen it can think that anything else made this year is better than it.

So I voted for it. Very good movie, a tearjerker.

23. That I've seen? Dark Knight on that list
Milk and Frost/Nixon are not playing at the movie theater here in town, which is aggravating.
