GAH it is about to drive me crazy. It itches all the way back to my nasal passages.

3. I agree! This is after all Mountain Cedar season in Texas
The itching is a primo allergy sympton.

My eyes itch like mad this time of year.

Antihistamines, Nasonex, NetiPot are all helpful

5. Was thinking that, but I am not allergic to Mountain Cedar.
Using Zicam and it is knocking it out.

you're allergic to. And I know from experience, that you can become allergic to something that you used to not be allergic to.

Though I'm glad it's only a cold since the Zicam seems to be working.

My "cold cure" is 1000 mg of Vit C and 3 echinacea/goldenseal four times a day. And lots of water.

100 Mg is enough for me.

6. Throat lozenges... I've found them helpful for the itchy-roof-of-the-mouth.
