I have a cold

Then at night when I get horizontal, my whole head fills up and I can't breathe.


I don't like this.

Have you tried that Zicam? I tried the lozenges, and they did absolutely nothing for me, but last time I had a cold I tried their spray and it worked wonders!

and they make everything you eat taste terrible.

does the spray do the same thing?


I was thinking just to buy a bottle of zinc supplements and take those.

6. The spray does have about the same flavor, yes...

So no relief in the taste department. I really feel that it shortened my last cold, though.

I would imagine a lot of zinc supp would do the same thing. I found it interesting that the method of absorption seemed to make a difference, at least in my case.

its much better!!!

take that once in morning, and once in evening

its better though, if you have a scratchy throat, or feel like you are coming down with cold
