Office Services here where I work *rocks.* What's it like where you work?

I put in a ticket because my keyboard tray is loose. Less than 15 minutes later The Guy was here. He crawled under my desk and told me that it's all tight where it's screwed into the desktop, and that no parts are missing and that he couldn't tell why it is so loose.

Upon leaving, The Guy told me that he would tell So-and-So that there's nothing obviously wrong with the tray, and that So-and-So would call me to see if I wanted a new one installed.

This department rocks.
