Need recipes for catfish - please help a poor yankee...

I like to pan fry catfish filets in corn oil after coating them with cornmeal, breadcrumbs and a little spice, but that is my only good trick with catfish.( They are GOOD!)
I live in Pennsylvania, so forgive my ignorance.
Any help is appreciated. Thanks.
