1. Yes..and it inspired me to do this:
Bill Belicheck is giving Tom Cassel his daily briefing. He concludes by saying: "Yesterday, 3 Brazilian soldiers were killed."

"OH NO!" Cassel exclaims. "That's terrible!"

The Patriots sit stunned at this display of emotion, nervously watching as Cassel sits, head in hands.

Finally, Cassel looks up and asks, "How many is a brazillion?"

Yeah..I been hanging around madinmaryland too much...

6. Something they WON'T be getting this year!!
My, how the mighty have fallen. Really sucks for Brady, huh.

I was disappointed with Brady, though. I was hoping for a Joe Theisman-type career-ending catastrophic injury. Sadly, Brady may be back next year.

7. LOL
Wow, so devastating! First regular season loss since 2006, and all it took was a season-ending injury to the greatest QB to ever play the game. I'm sorry you take so much pleasure in someone else's suffering, but oh well, I guess that's what severe envy does to you. We're two weeks into the season though, plenty of football to be played ;)

I'm glad Miami won the regular season superbowl again, that's the second time they gave their coach a gatorade bath for beating the Pats in the regular season. I'm glad the Patriots dominance has bothered you for so long, it puts a smile on my face! Good luck to your team champ! In the meantime, kiss the rings and show respect to the team of the millenium! :*

8. Team of the Millennium? Great QB Ever to Play the Game?
Exaggerate much?

We'll see how Brady comes back from the injury next season, and how long it takes to shake the rust off. Granted, he was a great QB, but greatest ever? Marino, Favre, Starr, Tarkinton, Tittle, et al. might have something to say about that.

By the way, how is Brady doing on paying his child support?

36. Well...
Joe Montana seems to think so:

``(Brady) has the ability and he has a lot of time left, so he will probably pass everybody,'' Montana told the New York Daily News. ``I never like to say the `greatest of all time,' but when he is done, he will be the best one who ever played. ... If Tom keeps going and if they keep the team together, he will blow everybody away.''

Sammy Baugh, Otto Graham, Joe Montana, Bart Starr - all better than Tom Brady.

33. Sorry, didn't realize having a different opinion than you
made me a homer, oh wise one. Tom Brady's career is maybe half over, and he came within seconds of his FOURTH superbowl. 31 years old. First season he played with a top 5 receiver and broke the all-time touchdown record. Let me know what quarterback you'd rather have on your team. I'm sure you'll pick someone with more yards per play, someone with a 'stonger arm', someone who whores himself out in every commercial offered to him, right? Maybe someone more mobile, someone with more rushing attempts?

I'll take the field general with three rings in eight full years. I stand by my statement, best to ever play the game. You'll probably never see better in your lifetime. I guess we'll see where he's at after he retires.

Almost doesn't count except in horse shoes and hand grenades, dude. "Came within seconds" means he and his team didn't win. As in, LOST. Get over it.

19. Humor me
How is he 'arrogant'? Could it be you are jealous for some reason? Tom 'Jesus' Brady is just a nickname some gave him, see http://www.google.com/search?hl=en&q=%22Tom+Jesus+Brady%22. It just sounds like you are envious and wish he played for your favorite team. I'm sorry he doesn't, it seems really important to you. Good luck to whatever team you root for, I won't wish injury upon your team.

30. Well, that's why I added that.
I've already heard plenty of people the same thing and be 100% serious. It's not a matter of being touchy, as I'd feel that was a shit thing no matter who the injured player was. What kind of person seriously roots for injuries in a game?

And let's face it, you're pretty much going out of your way to be a dildo in this thread, so who can blame anyone for taking that comment seriously?

35. When did you start watching football?
The Dolphins have almost always been the Patriots kryptonite. I don't expect you to know that as you don't seem to know too much about the Patriots. There last loss was in 2006, 21-0, to...the Miami Dolphins. Every season the Dolphins circle two games on the calendar - the games vs. New England. It's called a rivalry.

40. I haven't been a football fan that long, really.
Just since, oh, back when Don Meredith played for the Cowboys; Landry was still coaching, Marino was a Dolphin (and the Fins were a great team), you know, not that long. Back when Czonka, Kiick, and Warfield still played. Back when Emmit Smith was setting the record for rushing touchdowns. Not as long as you, I'm sure, O Great One.

23. Look, I appreciate how hard you're working at trying to be an ass.
I really do. I do believe that Brady went out within, what, the first 10 minutes of the first game, right? And yet, they still won. Brady is a great QB, but the whole team is good. If all it took was an epic QB, why didn't the Dophins win every Superbowl during Marino's era? He was the best to ever live, statistically.

You and your wish for a career ending injury can suck it.

You really want to continue this?

Why do you need to put down others to make yourself feel better? You realize there are New England fans who post here, correct? What did you think was going to happen when you clicked the Post Message button? I'm still waiting to hear how Tom Brady is arrogant. Because he's successful? Did I miss something, has he been predicting victories, or PUTTING DOWN OTHER TEAMS? That would make him arrogant, like...well, like you.

We're touchy? More like you're a fucking troll. Like I said, you wanted a reaction, and you got one. Congratulations!

It's been fun and real, talk to you later.
