2. Love that show!
I think she's the best designer on HGTV.

But you're right. Every project looks like she had a limitless Am Ex. :crazy: Though paint is cheap, she almost always has custom-made furniture and fabrics. That's off the charts expensive.

8. I think her customers hand her a blank check...
only a couple of times have I heard her mention "for cost purposes". A couple of times, she has worked with things but, it was more due to construction or the actual desing contraints.
