And, I traded in my old van, which was red for this one, which is blue after Webb won the Senate race.

5. You just reminded me of my father.
Edited on Mon Jun-23-08 03:31 PM by JVS
He used to drive a Grand Voyager, back when Plymouth was still around. This was not an easy car for him to buy, as the price was steeper than say a 4 door sedan, but he had kids in puberty to cart around. Eventually he grew fond of it, especially for going golfing with friends. After a few years he finally started talking about a town and country. This time his kids drove already and didn't need to be chauffeured. Somehow the idea of a Grand Voyager with leather seats fascinated him but nobody else in the family was game. He didn't get the TandC

9. .
$39,000 and change. And worth every penny. Mr's car is a company car, so we only have to buy one car when we do get a car, so technically it is $18,500 for each car.

How's that for spin?

12. See, that's where you lose me. For that kind of dough I would urge my father to get a base...
level Voyager for around $22 K, and then a slightly used Mustang or Miata. Hell, he could get a PT cruiser and get a brand new Mustang or Miata

14. Oh, I know what you mean.
It was a total extravagence. I still need one to chauffeur the kids and friends around and I figured I'd go out with a bang for my last one.

I'll still be driving it 10 years down the road. God willing.

16. I feel ya. And I know you'd be damned if you were gonna skimp on the minivan so those little...
fuckers would be scheming on your sweet Stang action just because you needed to take the van to get some Franzia at the costco.
