I have a Logitech wireless gamepad and the analogue sticks are off centered and kinda jittery. Any suggestions? I'd rather not have to go out and buy a new one and I'm really in the mood to play some Resident Evil 4 on my computer.

1. Most of my tech support answers involve chickens, black candles, pentagrams, and virgin sacrifices.
So it would proabably just be cheaper and easier to get a new controller than to take my advice.

4. Uh oh, which logitech model do you have?

There is one particular model that is renowned as a piece of crap. 1 in 4 come out of the factory with just the problems you describe.

8. Oh, that's a quality one, that is.
Either your bats are going, or you've used it too long and it's time to buy a new one. Stop playing so much Nintendo games on your PC emulator! :P

9. Haha, yeah, it might just be nearing the end of its life.
But I wanna save it. I'm too poor for a new one right now, haha.

10. Have you tried configuring a larger dead zone?
Usually as controllers get older, you need to keep upping the size of the dead zone on the analog sticks.

5. Failing batteries are a possibility
I assume you've probably checked that though. I notice that all of my wireless gadgets get kind of jittery as the batteries go.
