Need....more....plants....
I am fighting the urge to go back to the greenhouse and buy more plants. After all those months of nothing but snow and snow, I just want to be surrounded by a jungle of beautiful green things.

I can't be alone in my addiction to planting things... Help me out here...

1. Another addict
I will probably make six trips to the garden store this weekend....will cram as much into my car as I can, put it in the ground and go back for more.

I even bought a new car with fold down seats and a hatchback so I can get more flats in at one time.

2. Bwahaha!
I just added more flower beds and now I HAVE to get something to fill them. RIGHT now!

It's a total sickness.

3. Having returned from Lowe's with 8 Hibiscus, I feel your pain.
We just planted a boatload of begonias and impatiens in the front yard and now I'm working on the back.

I want tons and tons of color back there and I want it to look nice for TM's graduation.

I LOVE hibiscus. Just love em. Remind of a trip to Bermuda which was so incredibly wonderful.

4. Ohhhh!
That sounds lovely! I'm trying to rationalize my purchases by buying more shrubs and perennials this year so they're "an investment". MrLaraMN is being very good. He just smiles and nods, even though he probably thinks I'm insane, overdoing it, and spending too much money.

5. I'm going to do the same thing. I planted the hibiscus
(not the ones I just bought, the ones I got last week) into pots, so we can bring them in over the winter. They will survive if brought inside.

Additionally, a container garden is less likely to be torn up by the dogs from Hell.

My lawn is FINALLY looking nice, so I really wanted a lot of color. So pleasant to look at.

Don't know if it will grow well where you are, but rhododendrens are awesome perennials and they grow without a lot of work. The ones on the side of my house that I planted about 10 years ago are now over 10 feet high/wide. They're gorgeous.

6. Ha ha, feeling your pain. Total addict here, too.
