1. I suppose it depends on your decor

I'd opt for the top rack because it looks more contemporary. But if the darker, more ornate rack fits your style it might not be a bad choice, especially because of its extra functionality.

Also, they won't get dusty...

It's a simple and classic design, which I tend to prefer...

The B choice is just a bit busy for me...
