9. idiocracy is just a documentary from the future, so you're cheating.
no speculation needed.

10. Nope. In the year 3k...
Edited on Thu Jan-10-08 02:00 AM by Kutjara
...this planet will be a scorched wasteland, devoid of multicellular life, bathed in a thousand years of ice. Our love of ideology, religion, war, and over-consumption will probably destroy us within the next 100 years, then the after effects of nuclear winter, coupled with toxic soil and air will finish off most of our fellow creatures. Maybe evolution will produce a new sentient species, but any Futurama they create will be hundreds of millions of years in the future.

13. I Agree With Your Assessment
Heck, even if mankind did wise and really started to make significant changes, there's always a Bush somewhere lurking ready to take the presidency and put us back on the path to ruin.

14. I voted "Yep" because....
...well call me an optimist but what kind of hellish future would the world be without a "Bender" keeping us all sane?

...with a "woowoofer" twist added to the bottom of my post! :silly:
