Fatigue sucks.
Neck pain sucks.
Arm pain sucks.
Arm weakness sucks. (at least it gets better throughout the day)
Being out of shape sucks.

And all of it not in a good way.

Still, always "onward and upward" as my mentor (and elliptical trainer) tend to say...

1. When you get that feeling there's only one thing to do.
Turn your computer off and go outside and take a LONG WALK.

Trust me on this- especially the computer thang.

4. There's very little you can tell me about fatigue.
I've had arthritis since my 20s. I had my first knee replacement at the age of 42, and my second one five years later. At 52 I have the feet of a 90 year old. It's also in my neck, back, arms, ankles, and elbows. I have days I can hardly stand up it makes me so absolutely weary.

But I go out to my sister's house and walk her dog a couple miles every day, and when I'm done I may still be tired, but I feel GOOD.

Comprehend?

5. Holy snapple.
I'd say "shit" but I never swear...

I wonder if that previous diagnosis I had actually had merit, despite the medication not working...

:pals:
