Pairs Hilton comforts an injured Oompa-Loompa

Pairs Hilton showed she’s got love for the little people as she comforted an injured Oompa-Loompa.

The star was at the centre of a bizarre scene in a Miami nightclub after a pint-sized performer was crushed by an over enthusiastic crowd.

The man in the Ooompa-Loompa costume was crushed and badly cut when a crowd rushed the stage at the Cameo nightclub in Miami, Florida.

The heiress had been at a show of ‘Jeff Beachers Madhouse’ - a show that had traveled from Las Vegas where little people regularly rock out and perform on stage - when she was caught up in the mini melee.

Little person Robin Sherwood was dressed up in orange makeup and green hair for the show when he got into trouble.

But Paris, a Las Vegas regular who is friends with Sherwood, came to his rescue when she saw he was hurt.

“I was with Paris,” said lawyer Mike Heller of Talent Resources, who booked the event.

“Paris stayed back at the event when she heard that he was injured, to make sure he was okay.

“She was very concerned with his health. She didn’t leave until she knew that he was okay.”

A nightclub mole added: “Paris Hilton stayed with him until an ambulance came to take care of him. Paris was great, she was there until he was turned over to the medical technicians.”

Sherwood is in need of a kidney transplant and Hilton, her sister Nicky Hilton and her boyfriend David Katzenberg have previously lent their support to a foundation to facilitate the operation.

Sherwood received stitches at the hospital and was later released.
