I have 2 blankets to finish before Christmas. The carpal tunnel in my wrist is causing problems. When I'm not crocheting or typing, I wear a brace (yes, even to bed), to support the wrist to stay in a position where it can heal, but I need to crochet, nightly.

I don't have money for presents (well, maybe a few for my kid) so what I have to give is what I can get made.

One of these blankets is for my son's friend, who will be home from his deployment to Afghanistan (yes, my afghan is going to Afghanistan). It's a red/white/blue blanket. The young soldier wanted a red/white/blue blanket. It's the least I can do.


so... whatever vibes you can send, in whatever form... would be greatly appreciated.
