These assholes tossed in a last minute charge for 'rate increases' on my old apartment and the assholes who run Delmarva decided to not put anything on their billpay section to discuss the option.
Yes, I'm one of the millions of people who use modern technology. Heck for many of my bills - including Verizon and AT&T, I don't even get a bill from them - just an email that everything has been posted and the new bill is available.
Now Delmarva is trying to hit me with $190 rate increase and not once was anything mentioned about this on their billpay section even though this is a very very common form of paying bills.
It's on my old address - what are they going to do, turn off my electricity on a place where I don't live? Send me to collections, hell I have my house not like I'm going to need the credit score for anything in the near future. (and my credit score is pretty decent right now so I can handle the ding)
I don't know what the fuck their idea was for 'phased-in' energy increases. If you're gonna rip us off - just do it, don't sit there with some ridiculous 'phase-in' where you pay a little bit each month and hell, don't mention it in the bill pay section. It wouldn't have taken a rocket scientist to add that little blip into their billpay section.
