Grrmmph...30 Rock or Ugly Betty?

Living in a pre-Tivo world here. Circa 1978, in fact, with no cable or VCR. So both isn't an option.

We became a fan of both shows this summer on DVD. Only to find out that they are opposite each other a few weeks back. Figures, eh?

Anyone else in the same situation?

on abc.com starting the day after it airs, actually I think 30 Rock has full episodes on nbc.com so you can watch either one and catch up with the other on your computer.

I'm a pre-DVR girl myself and my VCR died and I work nights so I miss most of the programs I like. Unfortunately ABC doesn't run full episodes of Boston Legal on their website. I may actually have to break down and go for digital cable and DVR.
