need some good vibes and prayers

Our cat Moolah is 17 years old. She has been on thyroid medicine for a couple years and has been getting fluids for almost a year. Sunday morning she was her old self with sitting on the laptop whenever I would use it and sleeping in bed with us. She seemed to hurt her hips and front shoulders when going down the stairs. She got worse by Sunday night. Monday I called the vet and got medicine for pain and inflammation. The medicine makes her lethargic and she loses her appetite. Gave her fluids tonight and will stop the medication. I'm worried that she might not make it. We lost our other cat Apache about 1 1/2 months ago. Need your thoughts and prayers badly. This has been a bad summer and fall. Its taking its toll on me.
