in one fell swoop. Now, I'm trying to determine if I've twisted muscles in my back too. ugh

I often fear hitting my head from slipping in the shower.

5. Yeah...

The sternum hurt while I was soaking. But, now my back feels tangled up in the back... sort of in the middle. Worst part? When I get home from vacation I have a physical scheduled (to check my blood pressure). If I go all bruised up you know the doctor won't believe I slipped and fell!
