3. It's an every day thing for me

I think there is a memo posted in our physical plant that says there must be non-stop noise outside my window all day, every day. If they aren't overmowing the grass on an enormous gas-powered mower, more suited for mowing seventeen football fields, chasing down every last leaf on campus with a humongous gas-powered leaf blower, or snow blowing every flake and ice chip in the vicinity, they send people over to dig up and re-lay the sidewalk at least once a week.

It's a conspiracy; I'm convinced of it.
