Any newbies want to sell on eBay?

I still have several invitations open that I can send out to new sellers, if you've ever wanted to give it a try.

(I guess that ebayers group never did get started, that was discussed in GD(?) a while back.)

Signing up for an account is always free, but if I send you an invite, you also get your first 3 listings (plus Gallery) for free, if you post between now and Sept. 15th.

The only requirement is that you don't yet have an eBay account and have not sold there before - and, as mentioned, that you post your sales between now and Sept. 15th.

Unfortunately they'll pull your listing as soon as you put it up. ;)

Somewhere there was a site that showed some of the most bizarre or intentionally funny auctions - including one selling post-menopausal Barbie after her messy divorce from Ken and descent into substance abuse. Another was selling snow from North or South Carolina after the state got pounded with an uncharacteristic blizzard. And yet another that I recall was a girl selling her bratty little brother for 1 cent, just to be rid of him!
