1. To use my barbell and dumbbell sets daily. 2. To use my elliptical trainer for a proper period of time, daily. 3. To be fit by December. 4. Be grateful in my ability to buy proper foods, keep doing so, and not excessively partake in empty carbs or desserts as staple foods.
I'm going to try to be fit by December. The belly might remain for a while, but I am going to get healthy.
Though I'm not sure why if the only jobs remaining out there pay so piss poor that eating properly is too expensive... never mind the food that gets imported might just kill us anyway because nobody wants to put in "common sense" safeguards... and given every other excuse insurance providers have made for their insanely high costs, if everyone in America became fit, they'd find other ways to continue screwing people over. (Isn't it sad our society has people thinking the worst possible scenarios every day of the week?)
Do American employers have a legitimate right to bash their American employees for problems they, in part, helped to create? (Obviously they aren't alone in the whole scheme of things, but they are not blameless.)
Please move to GD or anywhere else as deemed necessary.
