From hairy legs (70's) to designer vaginas (90's)......
How many DU Ladies here are old enough to remember the days when all you had to do to get ready to go out in the morning was running a brush through your long, straight hair, washing your face, brushing your teeth, donning your jeans and T-shirt and heading out? No makeup, no hair "dos", optional leg-shaving and no high heels? And to think; we still looked good! I feel sorry for young women today who have to go through all the preparation, and, let's face it, pain from wired bras, high heels, etc.
So how far have women really come? Opinions, please.

1. leg shaving isn't optional any more?
I have a pretty minimal daily routine to get out of the house in the morning.

When I'm going somewhere special, I usually put more of an effort in.

NEVER will my routine include a bra w/ a wire.

5. I sometimes wish
I do just brush my long hair and wear no makeup. Today I am clad in jeans and a t-shirt. I admit I don't feel comfortable letting my under arm and leg hair grow out. Though in the winter, my legs are more optional for me. Luckily I have light fine hair. I caved to wearing underwire after nursing three kids. I didn't like the feeling of my breasts by my belly button. LoL.

6. women have these choices available to them. i doubt that all women didnt shave in the 70's.
i am pretty sure that hair removal is many hundreds of years old.

9. The only time I ever dressed like that (no leg-shaving)
was before I reached puberty.

I still don't wear heels, and my hair is left naturally long/curly,
but I enjoy looking feminine.

I always did, even back then, in the seventiesl.
