12. You've got to find ways to work better with these people

I know nothing about the situation, but I think you mentioned similar problems before. You wound up rewriting their work last time, no? If that's so this comes as less than a surprise. When working in a group, it's really important to keep track of what your mates believe is important for them to do and what they believe isn't. It's not misbehavior on their part, irritating as it is, so much as an inertial thing--if people get treated as useless scabs on a group effort, they will be more disposed to act that way later. And that's nothing to be upset about, it's just the way people are.
