I need some good juju
I've shown my house tons of times and I've just now got the first couple coming back for a second look. I would appreciate any good vibes, positive feelings, prayers even (but I'm sorta agnostic) that I sell these people make an offer to buy my house. The market is so sluggish and I'm afraid that if someone doesn't buy it soon it'll be foreclosure :-( Speaking of which, if anyone has any experience or knowlege about that process that they'd be willing to share, I'd appreciate a pm.
