Poll question: Which coffee shop should I go to today?
Edited on Tue May-08-07 02:16 PM by Writer
I need to do some work. But I have options, see? So which coffee shop shall I go to?

Option A: Downtown coffee shop populated by college students. Tables provide minimal workspace, but the atmosphere is inspiring.

Option B: Downtown coffee shop populated by yuppies. Tables provide average workspace. The atmosphere is a bit noisy but inspiring.

Option C: Coffee shop at the southern end of the city. Good workspace. Not too long a drive. The atmosphere is not very inspiring but quiet.

Option D: Coffee shop also at the southern of the city, but a little closer to home. Above average workspace, but the baristas are a little too friendly (read: intrusive). The atmosphere is a little noisy, to boot, but I have many fond memories of writing my thesis there.

So... which one?

Go to a bar
Anyone drinking booze in the afternoon is more likely to leave you alone

5. The only jobs that drinking interferes with are pilot or surgeon
If you're not one of those then take a chance and let yourself go. Sometimes you just gotta say: "What the fuck."
