Should there be a "Jesus" up on a cross as a modern image as he's already gotten down from it?

You have to watch how much you read of the Bible, because you're get held accountable for it ("Is this going to be on the test?")

1. They made their decision.

Crosses with or without attached Jesus are both acceptable.

What this has to do with Caterpillar construction equipment I will never know.

2. It's a Catholic thing

Most Protestants display an empty cross to celebrate Jesus' resurrection. Catholics display the crucifix because they celebrate Jesus dying for our sins.

3. It seems one person's son was adamant about it.

After all, he HAD read the WHOLE BIBLE.

That comment was what started the discussion on whether or not it was "SAFE" to read the whole bible as opposed to listening to the preacher reading "the lesson" in church.
