i just escaped the black hole that is target
$150 later...thank gods for the gift card my dad gave me for christmas.

i hadn't bought work clothes for myself for almost two years, so i figured i should get some. and i actually managed to buy clothes for myself without the normal breakdown.

i also had a very nice lunch with my best friend.

how's everyone's saturday going?

1. That store is of the devils.
I try to stay away from Target as much as possible.

Glad you got some new clothes. I hate clothes shopping, so I understand what you're saying about breakdown.

What did you have for lunch?

We took our cat to the vet this morning. I did our taxes while hubby cleaned the kitchen. I put together my new Swiffer Wet Jet, which is to die for!! Hubby played bass and made YouTube videos while I took a nap.

Hope the rest of your weekend is wonderful!

11. I love my new Swiffer Wet Jet.
I would make a commercial for them for free. Ok, well, maybe a lifetime supply of wet jet solution and cleaning pads.

But, yes, get a Swiffer Wet Jet. I never mopped. My husband did that for me I hated it so much. I will use the Swiffer. It's espcially fun when you squirt thr solution on the floor and whatever it is cleans right up with no real effort. Love that!!

Look!! A Target coupon for $5 off the Wet Jet!!

18. I have been cleaning up and getting rid of things.
I need two more and all my things will be where I can find them.

I do like having doors to close, keeps out the dust.

I have all my camera gear in one place now, yes.

24. I just got tired of all the junk I had.
It took awhile but everything is coming together.

I cut a extra shelf for the cabinets so everything fits.

The computer stuff is together in one place.

I hate looking for things.

It is nice going to the cabinets and finding what I want.

We've moved from a 2BR apt to a 1BR apt, and our stuff is over running us. I don't want to get rid of a lot though because we hope to move to a house sometime in the next couple of years.
