3. I have only been there once

Only because I have only been to the city twice. Now I really have a craving for one of their sandwiches!!

4. Overrated.

I took my Mom, a family friend, and my GF their. The service was horrible. The food was good but not great. It wasn't any better than many other kosher delis.

I certainly wouldn't go out of my way to go back there.

I guess in my experience the New York Deli News in Denver is the best one, but I've got a bit of a home-state bias on that score :)

10. "Katz's Never Kloses"

I think there's only 2 or 3 kosher delis/restaurants here in Austin, so Katz's gets plenty of business.
