I'm going to guess he's the bright-eyed goofy-grinning child standing next to the white-haired clown in the red coat. Two reasons: One, he's got a facial expression like he's got a head full of mush. Two, the dark-haired boy in the background is too old (and guilty-looking*) and the bowl-cut boy with the ball is clearly Jeb.

I used to work at a bookstore and part of my duties was to take care of the section of the bookstore that included crafts, and those things were the bane of my existence. I preferred to think they existed for pure irony, but I was deeply afraid they were not.
