Crunchy, salty, and spicy. Wasabi peanuts are great, too.

3. Oh, yeah - millions of Japanese. I have. Hawaiians like them.
I've seen them used on cooking shows, too. Oh yeah, lots of people have tried wasabi peas.

7. I've seen them used as crusts (like on fish or beef, not for pie)

6. Sure. I ate a bunch of them last night at the Sea Dog.
Nobody else likes them, so I get to eat 'em all!

9. My co-worker gave me a whole can the other day!
Neither she nor her husband likes them, they meant to buy the little shiny crackers that are spicy (sorry, can't remember the proper name). Yum, a great snack.

all the time. Love 'em! my dog begs for 'em when we eat 'em, but once he gets one, he's not quite sure what to do with it.

But since I have not shopped at an Asian grocery store recently I am resigned to eating Velveeta Macaroni & Cheese heaped with salsa instead. If anything, my diet is eclectic.

27. Not just Asian groceries - our SuperTarget has them, not sure if the regular
Targets carry them, but they might. First discovered them as part of an Oriental Snack Mix that Target used to carry.

14. Well, this is a crushing blow. I love those crusted peas, but the Wasabi burns so badly.
I still buy the not-hot variety! They're delicious!

31. Try them in a mix with nuts, pretzels, etc. They're not so hot that way.
Our college store sells a trail mix-like concoction that has wasabi peas in it. First time I tried them. Don't think I could take them straight, but they add a nice zing to the mix.
