9. The personas are good,

especially the 10ths, as both are original and not rehashes. That's a real accomplishment considering most TV is rehashed old material with topical political fluff melded in (of which new WHO is no exception, sadly...)

But the topical garbage, ADHD-pace, and superficial plots are something I just can't swallow. It's easier to get more out of sci-fi-themed story than emotion-themed stories. Emotions wear off more quickly than learning concepts.
