Exercise sucks, and not in a good way.
x(

I'm stiff and sore all over. x( A little nap didn't help either. x( I don't want to spent an hour or more per day doing nothing more than meaningless repetitive drivel. (hmmm, that speaks more than I'd normally allow for, but that's okay too...)

*sigh* Oh well. I'll wait a little while before doing the next round. But this shizzle is slow to sizzle, that's for sure... x(

1. Were you doing cardio or weights, man?
From the tone of your post, it sounds like weights.

For myself, I hate standard cardio (elliptical trainer) beyond belief.

I'm thinking of taking up racquetball, since there's no one really interested in WMA (Western Martial Arts) at my school.

2. Both...
I spent an accumulated 20 minutes with weights, trying to get to upper arm areas I've neglected so far... (Several small reps, accumulating over time...)

I've also ran in place for several minutes (2 bouts)

For some reason, I just don't want to use my elliptical trainer...

Eventually endurance will increase, but I have some way to go...

3. Well, at least you're not sick with the flu, like me.
I haven't been able to work out in almost a week...and I'm supposed to be in training for an organized century bike ride in 5 wks!

I'm screwed and feel like shit right now. :(

The good news: I tested negative for strep yesterday at the doc's (it's been going around my kid's school)

The bad news: I've got the flu and just have to try to manage the symptoms the best way I can.

I've had a fever since Wed.

Don't I sound pathetic?
