4. I personally do not decorate for Valentine's Day.
Lately, though, I've seen some houses dressed up almost as elaborately as they would be for Christmas! Decorated inside and out. For Valentine's Day.

5. Agh, you just gave me a flashback!
About 15 years ago, during my ill-fated one year of teaching high school :scared: , I lived in an apartment that was 1/3 of a house--I had half the upstairs and there was an apartment below me, in half the downstairs, where the property owner's sister lived, and a family lived in both floors of the other side.

The wife was a big decorator--for ALL holidays--real craftypoo shit. And she would "distribute" what we were supposed to display on our doors (I had a door opening onto a balcony at the front of the house, which, apparently, had to be decorated too.) Every friggin' holiday...hearts, bunnies, flags... :puke:

I practically gave her an aneurysm at Christmas when I said I had bought lights for my windows. "Not...COLORED ONES, I hope?!" she gasped. Turned out that that year, she had determined our color scheme would be hot pink and cream, so all lights had to be WHITE. :eyes: (Luckily I had bought white lights--I may have been evicted if I had bought colored ones!)

6. Oh, you poor thing.
I hate craft projects, I really do. Messy and annoying to no end. I told my family to please not buy those dorkey craft sets for my child on any holiday or birthday. I am still finding those god awful beads everywhere which destoryed my vacuum cleaner.
