Anyone Else Do Stupid Silly Things Over and Over?
Confess right here:

I have a tendency to pick up the sprayer at the sink with the water running and inevitably spray myself.

I've fallen off my porch twice- ouch! Lock the door, and turn around only to free fall 4 steps luckily landing on the grass!

Now let's hear some stupid things you do!

:woohoo: :applause: :woohoo:

1. i bought an old beater car for a daily driver and after having a "clicker"
for years, I never can seem to remember to have my keys in my hand to open the door.

much purse digging and gnashing of teeth ensues

and i've owned the dratted thing (lovely little gas sipper that it is-truly a sweet car) for almost 4 months!!

:banghead:

7. I can never find my glasses.
I always set them down and forget where.....

I have one of those light switches with three switches.... I always hit the wrong one.

I lose my car in the mall parking lot. I try to always park in about the same place (near a certain light pole). But if I park at a different entrance, I will "misplace" the car. I even have nightmares about not being able to find the car!

8. don't feel bad, I "lose" my glasses on the top of my head

i can't tell you how often I'd be roaming the house looking for my glasses when my dear hubby would say "they're right there on your head honey"

infact it happened so often that now when I start looking for my glasses the first thing i do is pat the top of my head

11. Oh Shoot!
I just realized I don't know where my glasses are right this minute either.

I haven't been wearing them- I am nearsighted, but not badly, and at the age of 45 I get prescribed bifocals for my first pair of glasses!

anyway, oh hell, I'll find them later!

:pals:

9. I spray myself too!
Who invented those crappy sprayers anyway? :D

I call my family members by the wrong names all the time. It's a weird brain fart thingie! I call my son my husband's name and my girls each others' names. I usually catch it halfway out and try to change it so I end up calling them some weird amalgam of the names. Ca-Lindsey or Dy-Jesse.

I always forget to read my posts so I always have to edit because I'm a terrible typist.

If my office phone rings I pick up the house phone. Or the other way around. I'm just glad the cell phone "rings" music or I would be answering that one too.
