I have attended spinning class twice a week over the last month. I am SORE.

I refuse to go again on Thursday, but Mr. Writer gave me that "father look." I'm now in bed with a sore back and leg muscles. It's 25 degrees outside and snowing profusely. I DON'T WANT TO MOVE - EVEN TO SHOWER!!!

I need a team of loving hands to knead and fold me back into a relaxed state.

It's Colorado! Mountaineering gear and snowshoes are required. And it's a dry kind of cold. :P

The class would be tomorrow evening, anyway, when the snow will have melted down to a foot - you know, something a bit more manageable.
