Burning posting format question: " or ' ?
If you want to set off or emphasize a word or phrase that is NOT a quote, do you use " or '?
' is easier to type.
You don't have to hit the 'shift' key.
Is there a 'standard of usage' for this?
Thank you.

6. I tend to use " but another option for emphasis is to
CAPITALIZE the entire word or phrase you want to highlight.
