Great, now I'm addicted to Indian food...
There's a wonderful little Indian restaurant close to campus (UNCG). They do an all you can eat lunch buffet every day. I'd never tried it but earlier this week I walked in and got hooked.

Now it's the weekend, I'm at home in Winston-Salem and I'm craving it.

Curses! I want my mango chicken!!

1. Yup, that stuff's pretty addictive all right.
Luckily, we have several good Indian restaurants up here;
one of them within walking distance.
So I'm never too far away from getting a Saag-fix!

5. It is also incredibly easy and cheap to cook
Once you have the required spices anyway. We have been exploring the world of Indian cooking for the past few years.

We are lucky to have a good indian community and spice stores just down the road.

8. We're such Indian food fanatics
that we have four curry trees growing under lights in our basement. My husband brought back the little trees from a Pakistani store in Houston, so now my house is probably the only place in all of Anchorage with fresh curry leaves.

7. Indian food is the best
and not really hard to make if you've got the ingredients. I stir up a bunch of Indian food about once a week.

9. We gotta talk!
I live in Jamestown. My best friend is going to UNCG.
Let me know sometime when you're out and about. I have a toddler and no babysitter, so we'll have to make plans ahead.

10. Get yourself some of this

add some fried tofu, sauted chicken or whatever and your done. Not the best but it will do in a pinch.
