Started the new job today.
Well, I'm here....nasty drive yesterday but I finally got to my apartment, which I will not be staying in long...these people sleep with their TV on and the walla are thin. I barely slept, plus the place is not to my liking, oh well I only signed an agreement until the end of January.

Started work today and I think I'll like it here. Good staff....and I just enjoy the writing aspect. of it all. Plus it's my first day and I got here in time for the company xmas gifts...so on my first day they gave me a bottle of Jameson's Irish whiskey! Yeeha!

Only snag so far is my intro column, I've never been good at explaining myself. So I'm struggling with that. Otherwise, it's just a couple of photos and a small story about the local toy drive. I think they went easy on me because it was my first day. But I'm enjoying it. And the local media liason officer for the RCMP is very funny and a nice guy.

Congratulations guy!
Hope it works out well for you. Sorry about the neighbors. Is this the place with the fireplace and the drunk landlord?

9. HEy
HEY, you should just put that bear pic in the paper for your intro. It will tell 'em everything they need to know.

Good luck, best wishes, all that.

I think the jameson's is supposed to go in one of the lower desk drawers, so you can have a shot at the end of a long, hard day. I've seen it in films, so it must be true. :7

10. Good luck, man.
It's a tough business anywhere to make a living -- I got told that so many times I dropped out of college. Hope all goes well for you.
